Meditation is an ancient and increasingly popular practice of mental concentration and relaxation. As the stress levels of our society become higher and higher, so does the number of people looking for a method to relieve that stress inexpensively and effectively. Guided meditation will do that.
Most Guided Meditation evenings will be held on a Monday evening from 7-8.00pm at my training school. Bring a warm blanket and maybe a cushion for your head, refreshments after. Maximum capacity is 5, you will need to book using the button below. First session commences 13th January 2020.
